Pharmacist in Charge

Location: Milwaukee Metropolitan Area

​

The Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) position requires extensive expertise and knowledge of pharmacy operations, as the person in this role provides oversight for all aspects of pharmacy operations in a single location. The PIC complies with all applicable laws, regulations and standards; compounds and dispenses prescribed medications; supervises other pharmacists and pharmacy technicians; and performs related duties as required.

 

Pharmacy Operations Manager / Lead Technician

Location: Various - Southeast Wisconsin

The Operations Manager is responsible for providing maximum pharmaceutical services and keeping the pharmacy running at top performance levels. The Operations Manager works under the direct supervision of the dispensing Pharmacy Manager to perform all the technical duties of a Pharmacy Technician, and ensures that Pharmacy Technicians have the resources necessary to perform their jobs. The position provides oversight of the various operational needs of the pharmacy, including monitoring schedules, onboarding, assisting with training and providing input on performance evaluation processes. Additionally, the Operations Manager takes a leadership role in organizing and overseeing the duties of the pharmacy’s clerical associates and “front store” staff and functions. The Operation Manager should possess enthusiasm for customer service to optimize the customer’s experience.

Pharmacy Technician

Location: Milwaukee Metropolitan Area

​

The Pharmacy Technician's role is often the driving force behind successful pharmacies. The Technician's main duty is to process and fill prescriptions. The Technician will also arrange the pharmacy environment for business operations by turning on the equipment such as computers. printers, and scales; greet customers; measure and label medication; help process payment; help control inventory and stock shelves; and enter data into a computerized system. The Technician will work directly with a Dispensing Pharmacist and Operations Manager to provide excellent customer service.

Pharmacy Technician - Telepharmacy

Location: Milwaukee Metropolitan Area

​

The Pharmacy Technician's role is often the driving force behind successful pharmacies. The Technician's main duty is to process and fill prescriptions. The Technician will also arrange the pharmacy environment for business operations by turning on the equipment such as computers. printers, and scales; greet customers; measure and label medication; help process payment; help control inventory and stock shelves; and enter data into a computerized system. Location: Milwaukee Metropolitan Area

Pharmacy Sales Representative 

Location: Southeast Wisconsin

​

The Pharmacy Sales Representative will be expected to develop and execute a territory sales plan, develop sales targets, close sales, coordinate sales efforts with strategic manufacturing and distribution partners, support the needs of the medical practice clients and participate in company sales planning, meetings and reporting as its relates to specialty medications and therapy management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving results, building relationships, customer focus, and promoting all sales and marketing programs.

Front Store Associate 

Location: Various - Southeast Wisconsin

​

The Front Store Associate position performs a wide variety of duties to serve customers in the retail area of the pharmacy. The Associate’s main duties are to greet and welcome customers, stock and maintain a clean and orderly retail display, and take payment for over the counter medications and other items purchased at the Pharmacy. Assist and guide patients to the pharmacy to ensure optimal level of customer service and patient care is offered.

Medication Courier 

Location: Various - Southeast Wisconsin

​

The Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of medications and supplies to customers/patients.
