For the continued health and care of our patients, our pharmacists offer Medication Therapy Management (MTM) to provide consultations and education, so you get the most benefit from the medications you are taking. Offered in collaboration with your prescriber, pharmacists review your medications, their possible-side effects, dosage, and more. This gives our team a comprehensive look at your health needs to help ensure proper and safe use of all your medications.
Consultations take place at one of our neighborhood pharmacies or in the comfort of your own home with a pharmacist house call.
What to expect during a consultation
- One-on-one in-depth evaluation and discussion of medications, including prescriptions, over-the-counter drugs, vitamins, and dietary and herbal supplements, immunizations, and other drug-related topics
- Patient education on benefits of prescriptions, how medication works within your body, proper dosages, and any risk factors involved
- Discussion on personal health goals
If medication issues are detected, we will work with your healthcare provider to make beneficial changes to your medication regimen.

Medication Therapy Management is a covered service under some government and private prescription plans. Please check with your prescription drug plan for coverage information and note that insurance is billed directly for the consultation.
